MentorHub is excited to announce the launch of Assessments, a new feature that replaces Intake forms and allows Mentees to be given repeated assessments. This powerful tool provides Organization Admins and Program Managers with a more flexible and efficient way to gather information from and track the progress of their Mentees, all through the MentorHub platform and app.

• Repeated Assessments: Unlike Intake forms, Assessments can be assigned multiple times, allowing you to track Mentees’ progress over time and identify areas where they may need additional support.
• Variety of Question Types: Assessments support a variety of question types, including multiple choice, short answer, and open-ended questions, giving you the flexibility to gather the specific information you need.
• Detailed Reporting: Assessments provide detailed reports that summarize Mentees’ responses, making it easy to identify trends and patterns. This information can be used to improve your programs and services.
• Automated Assignment: Assessments can be automatically assigned to Mentees based on their program or other criteria, saving you time and effort.
• Seamless Integration: Assessments are seamlessly integrated with the MentorHub platform, making it easy for you to manage and track Mentees’ progress.

1. Organization Admins and Program Managers can create and manage Assessments from the MentorHub platform or app.
2. Assessments can be assigned to individual Mentees or entire programs.
3. Mentees can complete Assessments online or through the MentorHub mobile app.
4. Responses are automatically recorded and stored in the MentorHub system.
5. Organization Admins and Program Managers can view Mentees’ responses and generate reports.

1. Log in to the MentorHub platform or app.
2. Click on the “Assessments” tab.
3. Create a new Assessment or edit an existing one.
4. Assign the Assessment to the desired Mentees or programs.
5. Mentees will receive a notification to complete the Assessment.
6. View Mentees’ responses and generate reports.
