If you are supporting a Mentor or Mentee, please first share the instructions from the Mentee and Mentor Troubleshooting page with them so that they can provide screenshots and other helpful information. Please include unique user information of those affected, and their account type.

If you are facing your own issues or supporting another staff member, please follow or have them follow the instructions on that page for the device.

You can then contact support@mentorhub.org. Please make sure to attach your screenshots and a detailed description of the issue, when it occurred if possible, steps to reproduce it. Please also include unique user information of those affected, and their account type.
