Introduction
Welcome to MentorHub, we’re glad you’re here! To begin, download the MentorHub app on the Apple App Store or the Google Play store.
You can also access a web-based version of Mentorhub at: https://mentee.mentorhubapp.org.

Logging In
Your program staff will help you access your account for the first time. If your program uses a phone number to access your account, click on the second option on the login screen: “Login Using My Phone/Username/Email.” Once you enter your phone number, a One Time Passcode (OTP) will be texted to you. Once you enter this code, you can create a username and password to use for future log-ins.
If your program gives you a three digit access code, click on the first option “I Have a Code to Access My Account.” Once you enter your unique code, you’ll be prompted to create a username and password to use on future log-ins.

Now, it’s time to set-up your profile! You’ll be greeted by your Program Contact’s profile to get you started.
Profile Setup
MentorHub is going to ask you a few questions to help complete your profile. For example: your preferred name, what pronouns you use, and your grade in school. This information is helpful for your Mentor to get to know you a little better.
Priorities
Next, MentorHub will ask you to select three priorities that you would like to work on together with your Mentor. A Priority is something that you want to focus on before anything else.
MentorHub gives you choices for Priorities across six different categories: Belonging & Community, Future, Mental Wellbeing, Physical Health, Relationships With Others, and School & Work. You also have the choice to create your own priority.
Whatever you choose will be shared with your Mentor so they can begin to think about how they can best support you!

App Tutorial
Your last step is the MentorHub app tutorial. This brief slideshow will tell you about each feature you will use on MentorHub, as well as give you a little more information about MentorHub itself.

Congratulations! You’ve finished setting up your profile on MentorHub! You are now able to access the MentorHub platform from the app or the web dashboard.
