Stop, Breathe & Think
Stop, Breathe & Think is a program for learning and using mindfulness. The goal is to allow users to practice ways of thinking, including actively thinking positive thoughts or resting your mind. The program has a few different apps to allow users to find the perfect fit for their needs. There are over 400 different activities available, and they have versions for all ages!
Mindfulness and meditation have been found to be excellent techniques for improving mental health and wellbeing. In fact, lots of different evidence-based individual and group therapies incorporate these practices. Research looking at the use of Stop, Breathe & Think found that longer use of the app was associated with more positive emotions (like happiness).
